TerraLink to distribute Regalia Maxx Biofungicide in Western Canada

Marrone Bio Innovations announces distribution partnership in Western Canada

Marrone Bio Innovations has appointed TerraLink as a distributor of the Regalia Maxx Biofungicide in Western Canada.

TerraLink has been a supplier of crop input products to Western Canada since 1973. Based out of Abbotsford, BC, TerraLink primary focuses on providing farmers, production managers and professional growers with a comprehensive suite of fertilizers, seeds, growing media, hard goods and crop protection products.

“We are pleased to announce our distribution partnership with TerraLink, which we expect to stimulate sales of our incredible Regalia Maxx Biofungicide throughout Western Canada,” said André Trépanier, director of marketing at Marrone Bio Innovations. “Now that we have received approval for our newly expanded label by the Canadian authorities, we are seeing a notable increase in grower inquiries due to its safety, crop quality and yield benefits as compared to existing chemical products. The expanded label also offers a unique value proposition to producers of medicinal plants in Canada, as it does not carry the same toxicity risk that traditional chemical pesticides do. We are looking forward to working with TerraLink to bring a new generation of sustainable farming practices to Western Canada,” concluded Trépanier.

Regalia Maxx Biofungicide
Regalia Maxx Biofungicide contains a plant extract made from the giant knotweed (Reynoutria sachalinensis) plant. The biofungicide induces the plants' natural defense mechanisms against tough fungal and bacterial diseases such as powdery mildew and gray mold (Botrytis). Regalia Maxx Biofungicide is registered on a wide range of crops including greenhouse grown ornamentals, cucurbits, tomatoes, grapes, hops, apples, trees fruits, blueberries and strawberries, turf and more. Regalia Maxx Biofungicide is exempt from residue tolerances, and OMRI listed, making it a good choice for organic and conventionally grown crops. Regalia Maxx Biofungicide can be used in rotation or as a tank mix partner with most commercially available products.
