Wendy McManus in speaker lineup for Women’s Fresh Perspectives Conference

Good leaders employ a diverse set of skills including coaching, mentoring and training. Knowing when to use each of these for the greatest impact can take their leadership prowess to the next level.

Wendy McManus is bringing her perspective on this topic to the Women’s Fresh Perspectives Conference speaker lineup.

Her session, “Amplify Your Impact - Add Coaching Skills to Your Leadership Toolbox” will aim to demonstrate how to employ coaching skills in day-to-day communications in the workplace.

“I’ve seen firsthand how leaders who ask powerful questions and listen more effectively can help their teams develop creative solutions to taxing problems. These and other potent coaching skills can make great leaders even more effective”, said McManus.

McManus joins the lineup of speakers that includes Rachel Hollis, Sally Helgesen and Grace Killelea, among others, at this conference hosted by the Produce Marketing Association’s Center for Growing Talent.

McManus continued, “I’m honored to be a speaker at The Women’s Fresh Perspectives Conference, where participants can expand their leadership prowess while connecting with other strong, female leaders in the industry.”

The Women’s Fresh Perspectives Conference is scheduled for April 14-16 in San Antonio.
