Netherlands: Boeters Ketel Constructie and Grovo increase their cooperation

Grovo Tuinbouw B.V. has become fellow shareholder of Boeters Ketel Constructie B.V. Both family companies have a long history in supporting horticulture with boilers and tanks. Both parties have been cooperating for more than 25 years. The WOK (a heat storage boiler) from the beginning of this century is a good example.

Boeters Ketel Constructie B.V., owned by the family Boeters from Honselersdijk, has been around since 1938. At the moment, Rob Boeters is leading BKC. The company is active on the field of warm water and low-pressure steam boilers. Rob Boeters: "We supply new and used boilers and repair all brands. We are also a specialist in the field of nitrogen systems and supplier of parts for the horticultural sector."

Grovo Tuinbouw B.V. is also a family company. The family Groeneveld from Boskoop is the owner of Grovo. The company was founded in 1967 and produces storage tanks for the horticultural sector.

Both family companies have a long history in supporting the horticultural sector with boilers and tanks. "With this participation we join forces and confirm the good relations and close cooperation of the past years."

BKC will keep on participating independently. On the other hand it will not come as a surprise that the companies will complement each other in the market. The accompanying energy will contribute to both companies being able to keep on focusing on quality and flexibility with regard to the changes in the market to continue their position.

Rob Boeters will remain the general director of BKC and will answer any questions regarding this announcement.
