Increasing the efficiency of each foliar application

ICL Specialty Fertilizers introduces new portfolio of innovative liquid foliar fertilizers: Agroleaf Liquid. The new products provide the benefits of next generation liquid foliar fertilizers with F3 SurfActive Technology. The technology enables better spreading, better adhesiveness and better retention of nutrients, according to ICL. Agroleaf Liquid:

  • Is easy-to-use: it can be added directly to the tank mix without having to be dissolved first
  • Dissolves quickly in the tank
  • Leaves no residues in the bottom of the tank
  • Keeps nozzles and irrigation systems clean

Leaves - treated with F3 SurfActive technology (under UV-light)

F3 SurfActive is an ICL technology that consists of an innovative blend of non-ionic surfactants created to improve nutrient availability and the efficiency of each foliar application.

Leaves – untreated (under UV-light)

Better spreading
F3 Technology lowers the droplet surface tension and spreads nutrients optimally over the leaves. This provides a greater contact area for nutrient uptake.

Leaves – treated with F3 SurfActive technology (in daylight)

Better adhesiveness
Improved water droplet adhesion to the leaf surface reduces runoff and bounce-off, and increases nutrient availability, especially on waxy leaves.

Leaves – untreated

Better retention
F3 Technology enables the formation of small nutrient deposits on the leaf surface that are reactivated by rewetting (e.g. by high air humidity). This avoids droplet evaporation and provides prolonged nutrition for improved foliar applications.

The new Agroleaf Liquid portfolio contains 10 products, to suit all crop growth stages and nutrient demand in every situation.
