Monna Lisa: The name says it all
The Monna Lisa brand is now a recognized label in the German wholesale and retail and has been well appreciated for many years. Frugales GmbH has been classifying the premium goods as a seasonal product for many years. "We have been working with Monna Lisa for a long time and I still have special customers who want these goods, primarily operators of delis."
Besides cucumbers and peppers, the Monna Lisa brand also includes a substantial part of the Spanish citrus range. Sanguinelli and Cara Cara oranges, among others, are being marketed under this label. Although the red-fleshed Cara Cara fruits have now acquired a certain recognition within the trade, the interest is slowly but surely stagnating somewhat. "It used to be quite trendy, but in my opinion it's getting to be less so year after year," concludes Cirimele.
