On Thursday July 19, Food and Nutrition inspection teams have confiscated and destroyed 2.3 tons of tomatoes that were unfit for consumption, said Greek authorities.
After carrying out a sample test of the shipment, located in Piraeus, south of Athens, experts found clear signs of deterioration.
