China: 200,000 vegetable seeds seized at Tianjin Airport

Recently, the inspectors from the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau at Tianjin Airport found objects that looked like seeds when conducting the X-ray examination for checked luggage from Korea. After further inspection, they found three large bags of seeds in the trunk. The seeds are those of carrots, basil and Chinese Mallows. The total quantity was around 200,000 and weighed 1.5 kilograms.
