Russia: 20 ha greenhouse in operation in Stavropol

The third phase of a large greenhouse complex under the name of “Vegetables of Stavropol” has been officially put in operation in Maryinskaya village.

As Construction.RU was told on Monday by the regional press office, the Governor Vladimir Vladimirov and representatives of the investor attended the ceremony.

Within the framework of implementation of the first and second phases of the project, a greenhouse complex was built with a capacity of 20 hectares, to produce up to 13,000 tons of tomatoes annually.

The total cost of the project amounts to 6.1 billion rubles (100 million USD), while its implementation involves the creation of 350 jobs.
