UK: KTN opens briefing events for new £15m funding competition

The Knowledge Transfer Network has announced the launch of the second round of the Health and Life Sciences £15m funding competition.

The aim is to increase competitiveness for UK small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in agriculture, food and healthcare sectors.

To encourage and support greater participation by the Agrifood sector the KTN, on behalf of Innovate UK, are hosting a series of briefing events in February. Two of these events, Edinburgh (14th) and Birmingham (16th) will have a primary focus on Agrifood. The event agenda includes opportunities for company pitches, consortium building and networking, KTN advice and a chance to meet relevant Innovation Leads from Innovate UK.
