Photo Report Growtech Eurasia 2016

A total of 80 thousand visitors attended the Growtech Eurasia in Turkey last week. The event, which was organized in the recently expanded and renovated Antalya Expo Center, attracted visitors from more than 20 different countries.

The international interest and traffic to the Growtech once again confirmed that the event has become an important business hub for agricultural and horticultural development in Turkey's surrounding countries.

Also due to the fact that the Turkish market still experiences the aftermath from the Russian crisis, exhibitors confirmed us to be mainly participating to meet existing and new clients from countries like Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and the Middle East. Also Iran, which recently became open for business again, is a much heard country which' potential for greenhouse development is being served via the Growtech exhibition.

Yet, while most of the exhibitors confirmed the difficult times in Turkish horticulture, they remained positive, believing that better times are on the horizon, hoping that the greenhouse industry will again invest in advanced horticultural technology in the year 2017.
