Codema celebrated on Dutch Entrepreneur Day

In view of Entrepreneur Day, Chris Buijink, chairman of the Nederlandse Vereniging van Banken (Dutch Association of Banks), also board member of VNO-NCW and SER-member, visited Codema Systems Group in Bergschenhoek. This innovative company designs, produces and installs integral systems for greenhouses.

MKB Nederland has declared the third Friday in November “Entrepreneur Day” from 2016 on. This day takes place during the Global Entrepreneurship Week, a worldwide initiative for promoting entrepreneurship. In more than 150 countries, entrepreneurship is central in the third week in November. MKB-Nederland joins forces with its Belgian sister organisation Unizo, the initiator of the Flemish ‘Entrepreneur Day’.

In that context, the persons mentioned below have celebrated a number of entrepreneurs on Friday 18 Novermber 2016:
  • Minister Kamp,
  • State Secretaries Dekker, Klijnsma and Wiebes,
  • Party chair men Zijlstra, Mulder, Roemer and van de Staaij,
  • MP’s Ziengs, Verhoeven, Monasch, Jacobi, Gesthuizen and Dijkgraag,
  • Mr Knot, Mr Buijink and Mr Landheer.
MKB-Nederland feels that entrepreneurs deserve respect for their commitment and that there should be a moment of attention for the importance of entrepreneurs in the Netherlands – a day where we thank entrepreneurs for their courage and perseverance. The start of a tradition to celebrate entrepreneurship.

During a tour, Mr Buijink spoke with director Maarten de Jager about, among other things, financing Innovation and congratulated Codema Systems Group on the strength and splendour of this Dutch entrepreneurship.
