US (AR): Deadly tomato disease across the state

A deadly disease is popping up in tomato crops across the state.

According to the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture, early and late blight can cause a rapid death in tomato plants and growers are reporting it at a higher rate than usual.

Spores that transmit the disease can quickly move to uninfected plants in the garden or even farm to farm.
