April 5 & 6:

North America's CEA industry gathers in Vegas next month

You have less than three weeks to go to prepare for your trip to the 4th Annual Indoor Ag-Con in Las Vegas. On April 5, Dr. Merle Jensen of the University of Arizona, will kick off the two day event with his 'Controlled Environment Agriculture; Today and Tomorrow' keynote. After Dr, Merle Jensen's opening, the very large and packed conference agenda will include plenty of other speakers and sessions that will help you to feed your ambition for today's burgeoning indoor agriculture industry.

The Indoor Ag-Con is rapidly becoming an important event for the protected cropping industry in North America. With an increased demand for locally grown produce, leafy greens and culinary herbs, more indoor farms are sprouting across the continent. The conference serves this movement with an educational and inspirational event that provides technical background and insight into today's opportunities.

Indoor Ag-Con combines all aspects of indoor growing and doesn't solely focus on urban farming without daylight. It addresses the entire CEA industry; from vertical farms that use the latest in LED technology to both large and small scale greenhouse hydroponic farms. Hence you can run into speakers, exhibitors and growers from all walks of the industry; from LED and water technology suppliers towards experienced commercial growers and suppliers of greenhouse structures.

Keynote sponsor CropKing will be debuting a mini-documentary at Indoor Ag-Con entitled "Evolution of Agriculture: Providing Healthy Produce for the Local Community". In the meantime, check out this neat video - filmed at a customer's family farm - that they shared at last year's Indoor Ag-Con.
