Turkish government provides loans to modernize greenhouses

Turkey’s largest trade show in the field of agriculture and livestock took place in Izmir last month. Many Turkish and foreign companies presented their industry related products. This year there was a lot of interest in the dairy industry, but alsoin greenhouse horticulture.

Recently the Turkish government introduced an incentive package for the Turkish horticulture industry. This gives Turkish growers the opportunity to receive an interest-free loan up to €30,434 to modernize their greenhouses. Many Turkish growers are expected to make use of this. This offers opportunities for greenhouse builders.
