International High Tech Greenhouse 2020 in Holland

Dutch trade fair Horticulture Business Days Gorinchem 2016 is expanding with an internationally oriented conference: High Tech Greenhouse 2020. The event will be held in English. The High Tech Greenhouse 2020 conference will take place on Wednesday 17 February from 13:00 to 16:30 in Evenementenhal Gorinchem.

Partners in the cross-cultural High Tech Greenhouse 2020 (HTG 2020) project will take the floor at this internationally oriented conference. HTG 2020 is an initiative by eighteen Dutch and German businesses and knowledge institutes seeking to consolidate innovative solutions in the field of climate, energy, light, substrate and water to produce an integral high-tech greenhouse system.

During the conference, Wageningen University & Research centre (WUR), TNO, Water IQ, IMH Hochschule Niederrhein and ISIS IC will discuss HGT 2020. They will cover subjects such as greenhouse modelling, new climate systems, greenhouse water treatment, light recipes and airflow modelling. Each session will last 30 minutes and the sessions will run consecutively without breaks. The conference will finish around 16:30 with an informal drinks reception. Horticulture Business Days Gorinchem is a platform in the Netherlands for horticulture professionals. For three days, nearly 500 exhibitors will welcome over 17,000 breeders, growers and affiliates to the expo.
