US: Fine Americas welcomes new technical services manager
Fine Americas, Inc. (Fine), a leading manufacturer and marketer of plant growth regulators, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Scruggs as its new technical services manager.

He will also serve as the company's lead in the development of new products and formulations.
"We are very excited to have Jim join our technical services team," noted Greg Johnson, President of Fine Americas. "His 28 years of crop protection experience, together with a wealth of industry knowledge, will be invaluable to our product development and marketing operations. Jim will also enhance the level of service provided to our customers throughout North America."
Prior to joining Fine, Scruggs held technical service positions with Loveland Products and Nichino America. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Agriculture/Agronomy as well as a Master of Science degree in Weed Science (Minor in Entomology), both from Mississippi State University.
