HortiMaX to launch next generation iPad App: iProductive
Modern times call for modern solutions. As a logical follow-up to HortiMaX Productive, HortiMaX will soon be launching its state-of-the-art app 'iProductive'. It provides a simple way for crop and nursery managers to implement leading-edge technology in order to work more efficiently and spend more time in the greenhouse. Ultimately, it's the quality of the supplied products that counts.
Last year, HortiMaX set itself the objective to design new innovations within its Management Systems division. That's why a lot of effort has gone into developing iProductive over the past six months. This advanced app builds on the success of HortiMaX Productive, which is used for a wide variety of crops around the world.
Marcel Hazenbroek, Business Unit Manager for Management Systems, is very excited about iProductive: "I believe we've listened carefully to what the market wants. That's why our customers value us and where we make the difference. Our customers were clear about their needs." Marcel continues: "A more modern way of working with less paperwork were the main criteria. However, we also saw that growers were being held back by technical limitations. Some growers didn't have a reliable network connection or one at all. We took all of this into account in designing iProductive. The ability to work offline is another feature that makes this product so unique!"
iProductive includes a comprehensive dashboard screen that can display all greenhouse activities. From this screen, you can easily call up any information you wish to view. iProductive also supports the entire quality evaluation process, making paper a thing of the past. Even notes and pest observations are recorded digitally. This leaves managers with much more time to focus on your employees.
Marcel Hazenbroek said the following about the coming period: "We'll be sending out more detailed information to our dealers next week. iProductive will be launched at the Canadian Greenhouse Conference on 8 October. Canada is a key market for us and we've designed specific functionality, such as the 'sign for quality' feature, especially for our Canadian customers. After the trade fair, we intend to hold a special 'user days' event for all our dealers and potential and existing P-Plus & Productive customers to introduce our iProductive app. We also plan to hold webinars to inform our international customers about this new product. We want to show the world what we've developed for today's grower."
A full trial version of iProductive is available from the Apple Store. Click here to go to the Apple store and find out what iProductive can do for you. You can request a login account by sending an e-mail to productive@hortimax.com .
