CIOPORA continues to widen the scope of its lobby activity in the European Union. By joining the EU transparency register and becoming a private stakeholder at the EU Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property rights, CIOPORA will be able to contribute to the work of the organization in the specialized area of IP protection for plant innovations. This status will allow CIOPORA to participate in the meetings of the Observatory's working groups, such as those on Awareness, Legal and Enforcement, as well as to provide the Observatory with reports on specific topics of IP for plant innovation and PBR enforcement in the EU and all over the world.
