US (NC): Two teens charged with arson at Arcadia Nursery and Garden Center
Two of the teens were charged with felony burning an uninhabited dwelling following an incident around 1:10 a.m. at Arcadia Nursery and Garden Center on Highway 150 near Community Road.
The building wasn't a total loss, though there was extensive damage, fire officials said. The nursery has been in business for 45 years.
