New FloraHolland service let grower decide about discounts for complaints

To meet the needs of growers better when it comes to product complaints, FloraHolland has created a new service on MyFloraHolland: the Product complaint menu.

FloraHolland has revised its re-inspection rules. The grower, not the inspector, now decides about discounts for complaints. With the Product complaint menu you specify how FloraHolland should deal with complaints about your products from buyers. Would you prefer to be contacted by telephone or e-mail? Do you need to see a photo of the problem? And should products for which the sale was annulled be auctioned again or sent back to you? This first part of the menu covers only products to which the 2014 quality policy already applies.

The second part of the menu concerns discounts and also covers products to which the 2014 quality policy does not yet apply. Here you can state that you do (or do not) accept price corrections. If you do accept price corrections, you can choose to deal with the request yourself by telephone or authorise the FloraHolland Product complaint department or your handling company to negotiate for you.
