Exhibitor List and Floor Plan GreenTech revealed

A little over a month, then the first edition of the GreenTech will see the light of day. The list of exhibitors, with over 250 participants, was recently revealed, along with a floor plan. In total there is an exhibition area of 20,000m2.

During the three days of the fair, a wide range of topics are discussed, ranging from R&D to growing supplies, crop protection and greenhouses. The focus is on innovations in horticultural technology and in particular the first stages of the production. GreenTech approaches both horticultural and floricultural from three different perspectives: water, energy and bio based. This division is reflected in the design of pavilions. Each theme pavilion offers a wide range of special sessions and workshops to attract attention.

Water pavilion

The Water pavilion focuses on an important theme: water scarcity. The approach of scheduled sessions and activities will centre on new ways to exploit every drop - with groundbreaking technologies and intelligent solutions for growers.

Energy pavilion
Energy represents one of the highest operating cost in the agricultural sector and is also one of the largest sources of income for energy producers and suppliers. These two sides of the coin are addressed in the Energy pavilion, where there is ample attention for all initiatives introduced.

Bio-based pavilion

The Bio based pavilion at GreenTech has a unique practical approach to this theme. This is a not-to-miss stage for all professionals interested in organic and sustainable agricultural materials.

Young Professionals GreenTech
GreenTech Young Professionals presents a new concept for young professionals in the industry so as to give their careers a boost in the right direction. The program offers participants the opportunity to network and learn from industry leaders, as well as the option to participate in online events throughout the year. Participants meet with leaders and other prominent people from the industry to discuss developments and to brainstorm about the future.

To qualify as a GreenTech Young Professional, you must be 35 years or younger, working in horticulture and have a LinkedIn account, because that is the main means of communication.

For visitors

A GreenTech visitor's pass provides access to the four exhibition halls and stages for the entire duration of the event. In addition, visitors of GreenTech can use free Wi-Fi.

GreenTech Amsterdam will take place at the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre on 10-12 June 2014. The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00. For more information about the exhibition and the supplementary program, visit www.greentech.nl.
