Van Looveren NV welcomes Steven Adriaense as new Sales Assistant
This enables Van Looveren NV to build a bridge between the third and fourth generations, as Steven is the son-in-law of Rudi Van Looveren, the present Director of Van Looveren NV.
Steven grew up in Boechout (BE) and received his secondary education at the Provincial Institute for Horticulture in Mechelen (BE). He later studied at the Wageningen University in the Netherlands, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Forest and Nature Management and a Master’s Degree in Land and Water Management. Steven started his career at Cummins in Rumst (BE), where he was responsible for customer relations management for the whole EMEA region.
After a break of some ten years, by joining Van Looveren NV, Steven is returning to his first love, horticulture. At Van Looveren NV, Steven will support the sales department, where he will be able to further develop his talents under the guidance of Yves D.Milonas and Toon Thys. In the future, he will manage the External Sales Department together with Yves D.Milonas.
In addition to his interest in horticulture, nature and landscapes, Steven loves to travel and to discover different cultures. He is a sports enthusiast who likes to cycle and run.
