US: KSU to conduct nutritional density and flavour study with OceanGrown

OceanGrown, Inc. has partnered with Kennesaw State University in conducting a nutritional density and flavour study using their product OceanSolution. KSU has one of the top sustainable food programs highlighted by their "farm-to-campus" initiative. The National Restaurant Association awarded KSU with the prestigious “Innovator of the Year” and "Operator Innovations Award for Sustainability". OceanGrown boasts its own awards from the Academy of Culinary Arts and looks forward to helping KSU win top honours again in 2014.
