Syngenta to distribute Timorex Gold® in Chile & Mexico
The Stockton Group announced that it has entered into agreements with Syngenta for the supply and distribution of Timorex Gold® by Syngenta in Chile and Mexico. Timorex Gold® is an environmentally friendly fungicide based on natural ingredients found in plant extracts.
In Chile, Syngenta will distribute Timorex Gold® for the control of bacterial and fungal diseases found in table grapes, wine grapes, tomatoes and leafy vegetables. In Mexico, Syngenta will distribute Timorex Gold® for the control of bacterial and fungal diseases found in tomatoes, bananas, papaya and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.
Timorex Gold®, is registered in more than 25 countries, is expected to obtain registrations in the U.S.A. and Brazil during 2014, and in Western Europe by 2017. In the coming years, the opening of these markets, in addition to increasing sales in Mexico and Chile, is expected to boost the product’s sales by tens of millions of dollars per annum.
