Horticultural supplier Bato takes over Deleco
Bato Plastics B.V. announced that it has taken over the means of production and the stock of Deleco, which was recently declared bankrupt. With this acquisition Bato strengthens its position as a supplier within the international horticultural market.
Bato produces an extensive range of plastic products for the professional horticultural industry and supplies these products worldwide through a selected network of dealers. The products of Deleco partly complement the Bato range. Gert-Jan Spierings, General Manager of Bato: ‘Therefore we will gradually introduce a selection of suitable products into our range. Naturally, we will do so with our usual high standards in terms of quality and service’.
Former Deleco customers may contact Bato about the availability of the products of their choice. In addition, Bato provides special offers in regard to the existing stock.
