Canada: CBSA initiates re-investigation for certain greenhouse bell peppers

Effective September 25, 2013, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated a re-investigation of the normal values and export prices of certain greenhouse bell peppers originating in or exported from the Netherlands. The subject goods are generally classified under H.S. classifications 0709.60.90.10.

Exporters that wish to participate in this re-investigation are required to provide a complete and accurate submission by November 1, 2013.

Responses to the importer Request for Information are due by October 16, 2013.
