Method and device for non-destructive tests on seeds
A method and a system to perform non-destructive tests on seeds. A vibration orientates seeds on an axis, then the position of a known characteristic is identified and a sample position is determined on the seed so a non-destructive test near the sample position can be performed.

The part of the seed is removed from the sample position without damaging the embryo, therefore the vigour of the seed is maintained for later tests. Owner: Pioneer Hi Bred Int - USA.

Methods for the production of artificial seeds
This invention supplies artificial seeds to improve the growth and vigour of renewable plant tissues and enables progressive sowing for plants that reproduce with difficulty.
