OMRI adds anaerobic digestion categories

OMRI recently added two new categories for fertilizing products made using anaerobic digestion. Products that use only plant material feedstocks will now be listed as Allowed under a new category on the OMRI Products List©. Products that use animal materials as feedstocks, including manure or animal by-products, will be listed in a new Allowed with Restrictions category, retaining the same “days to harvest” restriction as raw manure.
