Mollecular technique improves water quality, reduces consumption by 30%

In order to tackle the severe problems that modern agriculture must face caused by poor quality water for irrigation, especially at high-tech greenhouses for the growing of vegetables, fruit or flowers, Alpha Organic System Europe has been working alongside a group of Indian engineers and scientists in the development of a new technology for the improvement of water quality through the creation of a Toroidal field.

"After 6 years of research and tests, we managed to create the TAPANI AGROX Hydromagnetodynamic energy equipment which restructures water molecules, organising them symmetrically and turning the minerals in hard water into nanoparticles, easier to absorb by plants, and unblocking the soil, allowing for better water permeability and better absorption by the plants' roots, as conductivity is reduced by around 35%. This entails a water saving of up to 30%," explains Eduard Pérez, marketing director of Alpha Organic System Europe.

"The breaking down of minerals, carbonates and sulphates by the action of the strong field generated by "TAPANI AGROX" into small particles makes them much more bio-available to vegetable cells, and the results are spectacular in the plants. With lower water, fertiliser and pesticide consumption, the plant development, health, production and quality of the harvest all improve," he affirms.

Additionally, Eduard states that, given that hexagonal water molecules do not allow the binding of minerals, the structured water prevents blockages caused by lime scale or carbonates in pipes and other parts of the irrigation system, thereby leading to fewer problems with the maintenance of irrigation systems and making filtering equipment much more effective and durable.

"Every TAPANI AGROX is manufactured with materials highly resistant to oxidation and the effects of minerals, so their durability and effective life is very long without the need for maintenance, with no energy costs and without the need for fungible products for its functioning," he adds.

The equipment is already being used in India by large fruit and vegetable production firms. In September, Alpha Organic expects to enter the European market; a project which so far has been in a trial and development period.
