Europe: Dutch and Belgian interest in horticultural area Terneuzen
It's not quite final yet, but according to some sources, Glastuinbouw Zeeuws-Vlaanderen has entered advanced negotiations with two companies eager to settle in the greenhouse area in Westdorpe. These sources confirm the involvement of both a Dutch and a Belgian horticultural company.

On the sustainable greenhouse area Terneuzen, entrepreneurs are working with waste heat and waste CO2 from nearby fertilizer plant Yara. To make the area profitable, greenhouse acreage will have to expand even further. Currently there are three greenhouse companies located in the area: two Dutch ones and a Flemish one.
