Hermadix changes Temperzon T-74 design

After almost 40 years after its introduction in 1974, Hermadix has changed the design of the Temperzon T-74 package. Hermadix, always very innovative in horticulture, introduced new successful screening agents like Q4 White and light diffusing coatings like D-Fuse a few years ago.

To keep the excellent range of screening agents in line, the Temperzon T-74 design was changed to fit in the look and feel of the modern product line. Temperzon T-74 was introduced in 1974 as an alternative for light-blocking screening agents during rain. T-74 was the first screening agent which was transparent during rain and therefore transmitted more light to the crop during bad weather. It was considered a very innovative product and is still used worldwide.

Hermadix has changed their focus towards solutions to help growers using the light in a more efficient way. The product portfolio in screening agents and glass coatings varies from a straightforward, easy removable screening agent like Q4 White up to sophisticated coatings for glass and plastic which make the surface diffuse. This product, D-Fuse, has two varieties, one specially for floriculture and the other for vegetables. It has been used world-wide and proved its effectiveness in moderate and tropical climates.

Hermadix is searching to help the growers to use the light more effective. This means that the product portfolio will be expanded in the forthcoming years with more revolutionary solutions to help the grower to maximize his profit by controlling the light and climate.
