"New "Dutch" greenhouse screen improve workers motivation drastically"

Over the years much horticultural research has proven that playing classical music inside a greenhouse will improve the crop and raise yields to outstanding numbers, similar in fact to talking to the plants. However, this kind of research was mainly focused on improving the crop, and not on optimizing the greenhouse workers' motivation. As a response to this, Novavert has designed a new greenhouse screen that will improve the communication between foreign greenhouse guest workers and their Dutch speaking managing staff. "This will speed up communication and motivation, leads to more effective labor and drives workers to work harder."

The new screen designed by Novavert will fill the hearts of the foreign workers with Dutch pride once installed inside the greenhouse. "The reflection of the Dutch tricolor on the wokers eyes will immediately make the workers aware of the fact that it is no shame to be a proud Dutchman," said Niclas Heescher from Novavert. "We have run multiple trials in our mini-greenhouse research center with Polish guinea pigs and Lithuanian rabbits. The results were quite striking. Within a few hours the guinea pigs showed a strong preference for cheese and where saying, "dankjewel" and "doei" non-stop and it was necessary to convert their exercise wheels into windmills. One of the rabbits has now taking to wearing wooden shoes, whilst another has developed a severe phobia of hills."

The tests at the Novavert labs will end on April 2nd.
