Canada: Summer Jobs 2013 application deadline approaching

The Canada Summer Jobs program helps employers create job opportunities for students. Focusing on local priorities, it provides students with work experience and supports organizations that serve the community. Not-for-profit organizations, public-sector employers and small businesses with 50 or fewer employees may be eligible to apply. The job opportunities must be for young people aged 15 to 30 years who are full-time students intending to return to their studies in the next school year.

If you are an employer providing goods or services that meet identified local priorities and can offer jobs with career-related or early work experience, you may be eligible. The application period is from February 1-28, 2013.

Apply now! The February 28 deadline for applications is fast approaching.
