Netherlands: First Dutch cucumbers available at The Greenery

Last Tuesday, January 15, The Greenery received the first Dutch cucumbers grown under lights provided by Greenery-grower Kees Hendriks from Pijnacker. This first supply of cucumbers heralded the start of the Dutch cucumber season at The Greenery. The first cucumbers are sold by the clock daily from 7.45 pm. Kees Hendriks has been affiliated with Coöperatie Coforta since the founding of The Greenery. For more information about Kees and his company see Verse Oogst
