Seed Valley launches labour market campaign

The big global food questions and climate change are clear. But what solutions can we expect from breeding, molecular research and bioinformatics? This is the question Seed Valley is asking students in the new labour market campaign.

Finding the right people, especially for specialised functions, is a challenge. Because all breeding and seed technology companies in North Holland are dealing with this, they came together almost 10 years ago and founded Seed Valley. The goal is to put the company branch on the map as an attractive group of employers.

The new campaign highlights five different challenges that the sector is dealing with: climate change, rising global population, plant disease, fast technological developments and diversity and trends in the sales market. The question to the student is then: What will you do? Will you contribute something real to society and the future?
