US (CA): Microgreens grower has been supplying restaurants for two decades

You may not recognize their name, but you might recognize their lettuce. Scarborough Farms' frisée, with its bright appearance and flavorful crunch, it stands out on the plate and makes everything around it look a little more vibrant. At least that's Scarborough Farms' hope and what put them on the culinary map nearly 20 years ago.

Today, they're continuing to grow their famous frisée and a variety of other greens for some of Southern California's best-known fast-casual and fine-dining restaurants. They also supply restaurants all over the United States with premium greens, herbs and other vegetables.

Scarborough Farms grows everything themselves and meticulously supervises each phase, from planting, growing and harvesting to processing, packaging and shipping. All their produce—including baby lettuce heads, arugula, microgreens and edible flowers—comes with a guarantee of quality, freshness and flavor.
