Russia: New greenhouse complex comes to Voronezh in 2020

The governor of the Voronezh region, Mr. Aleksandr Gusev, has discussed the realization of an investment project on greenhouse construction for vegetable production in a meeting with LLC Eco Culture founder Mr. Andery Petrenko. The greenhouse complex may be named Voronezhskiy, reported the official regional administration portal.

“It is a new sphere for us but we hope that with mutual effort we will be able to make such a large scale project come true, as it is of great importance to us”, noted the governor, having thanked the management of LLC Eco Culture for the desire to take part in the development of the Voronezh region.

According to Mr. Petrenko, the investment project is going according to plan and schedule. The construction of a high tech greenhouse complex for vegetable growth is planned on a land plot with overall acreage of 60.5 ha. The investments will comprise 180-190 million euros. With that, at least 1000 jobs will be created. The construction works for the first phase are carried out on an area of 20.5 ha. It is planned to be launched in the summer 2020.
