The press service of the Sayansk administration (Russia) have reported plans to construct a greenhouse in the city with a projected capacity of 14-15 thousand tons of vegetables per year. The complex will provide 250 jobs. The Foundation for Monocities Development are eager to support the project.
The meeting on this matter took place in Moscow. It has been decided that the investor will prepare cost calculation and the Foundation will provide financing for the infrastructure under the condition that it will be owned by the municipality. The foundation will provide a loan for up to 2.78 million euros with 5% interest.
