ARRIGONI to exhibit at the 81st Agricultural Fair at Novi Sad

After FRUIT LOGISTICA in Berlin, ARRIGONI will exhibit at the 81st Agricultural Fair at Novi Sad with the objective to promote its net for climatic and biological control.

ARRIGONI covers four sectors:

Agrotextile sector represent 70% of the production with high tenacity and long lasting nets for climatic and biological control: anti-bird netting; anti-hail net; nets against wind, sun and frost; anti-insects nets; support and mulching nets and non-woven fabric. Anti-hail nets are particularly useful to grow high-quality fruit and maintain production constant in order to meet the needs of modern distributors.

Hail damages on fruit and branches.

The material used to produce our nets is manufactured directly by us from virgin high density polyethylene granulates.

In addition, thanks to our technicians, we are able to produce high-quality products.

ARRIGONI anti-hail nets includes both leno-weaving and Raschel knitted nets.

Leno-weaving nets are made by a double-thread warp in longitudinal sense that creates a chain and by a weft thread in transversal sense. The fabric is particularly strong and it is ideal for systems where there are few supports (for example “capannina” system).

Raschel knitted nets are made by longitudinal chains and transversal threads. This way, all threads are knitted and cannot move. The fabric is very elastic and it is perfect for systems with a lot of support (for example polytunnels) and older ones, in which the distance between the rows is not constant.

Nets for industrial orchards are generally "leno-weaving" and their weight and dimensions are different from the Raschel knitted ones. Choosing one or the other depends on different agronomic and environmental factors.
