FloraHolland and unions reach a positive negotiation outcome on collective labour agreement
The outcome is a negotiated result that the unions are planning to present to their members for approval in the coming two weeks.
FloraHolland is satisfied with the result, which was reached in an atmosphere of good will. The employees' wishes were incorporated in several important points. There is now more choice for employees, and the salary raises reflect our appreciation for their efforts. The regulations have also been modernised, simplified and harmonised. "With this agreement we can build further towards the future of FloraHolland where employees determine its success," says Lucas Vos.
The negotiation result for the new collective labour agreement for FloraHolland is valid for two years (1 July 2013 through 30 June 2015).
