The new 088-number first presents a menu that we have kept as short as possible. After all, you don't want to spend time navigating through a telephone menu but want to be helped as quickly as possible. This new menu can connect you directly to for example Servicedesk Reclamation Clock & Connect, Remote Buying and Customer Service. The personnel of these departments are happy to help you with all your questions, notifications and other matters.
This new central telephone access point: +31 88 789 89 89, is part of FloraHolland's permanent efforts to improve its services. We can be reached more easily now on weekdays between 05.30 and 17.00 hours (on Friday 16.00 hours), can transfer your question through the organisation more easily, and can answer your questions more quickly.
Tip: enter the new telephone number +31 88 789 89 89 in your own phone now, so that you can start using it as soon as it comes into operation. Of course you can continue to send your questions and notifications by email to our customer service. You will receive a reply on weekdays within 24 hours.
