KE GrowAir introduces a new air hose. Thanks to the patented air pattern, specially designed for greenhouses, a homogeneous environment is realized throughout the greenhouse, according to the company. As a result, the horizontal and vertical temperature gradient is smaller than with current solutions. A homogeneous indoor climate ensures more uniform crop growth, allowing greater production throughout the greenhouse. Moreover, the power consumption of the fan is considerably lower, resulting in lower energy consumption or a larger air volume.
Unique design
The air tube system is equipped with a high induction air pattern, creating a good mixture of both outside and inside air. The design ensures an exhaust of air at right angles relative to the air hose. This prevents unwanted air flow along the parallel air distribution hose (entrainment), which are typical for hoses with a common hole pattern.
In addition, the ratio between the dynamic and static pressure is such that a vent at the beginning and at the end of the air tube is more uniform than with other systems.
The hoses are made of polyethylene, are UV stabilized and are resistant to cracking (damage caused by constant movement).
