The two model "fruit and vegetable installations" were fashioned by Taiwan funded Jiangxi Xin Han Guang Agricultural Science and Technology Company. They used peppers, celery, eggplants, carrots, and broccoli. All the fruits and vegetables were of top-quality and showcased the excellent agricultural products produced by the cooperation between companies from Jiangxi and Taiwan.
