Hydrofarm and Atmosphere announce strategic distribution partnership

Hydrofarm, independent wholesaler and manufacturer of hydroponics equipment and horticultural products, and Atmosphere, a manufacturer of innovative ventilation products for commercial and horticultural applications, announced a strategic distribution partnership to serve the growing indoor horticulture and legal cannabis industries across North America.

Atmosphere’s wide range of ventilation products are now available throughout Hydrofarm’s ten strategic North American locations. Atmosphere’s Vortex feature a powerful motor combined with its aerodynamically designed shape to improve and sustain optimal growing conditions. The Vortex Powerfan VTX Series features a 10 year warranty.

“Ventilation is a critical component to properly managing the indoor growing environment, which is necessary for pest control, overall plant health and maximizing yield,” said Peter Wardenburg, Chief Executive Officer of Hydrofarm. “As the North American indoor growing and cannabis industries continue to expand, we see significant opportunity in providing commercial growers with the highest quality ventilation products on the market. Atmosphere is an ideal partner to serve this growing market and we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.”

“Supplying our customers with high quality products is not only our promise – it’s the basic philosophy which drives all of our activities to set new standards for ventilation with the latest technology and innovative design,” said Frank Rose, Chief Executive Officer of Atmosphere. “As the ventilation business expands rapidly with new technologies and markets, Atmosphere is poised to service these customers with the same high level attention to detail that has served our current customers so well. Our partnership with Hydrofarm strategically positions Atmosphere for continued growth to meet the increased customer demand driven by indoor horticulture and cannabis cultivation.”
