Stone Barns Center is a non-profit farm and educational center with a partner restaurant, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, located in Pocantico Hills, New York.
The center is trialing vegetables for a wide range of partners, including Cornell University, Vitalis Organic Seeds and Bejo Seeds. In this video, Crop Production Manager Jason Grauer explains some of the innovative work currently being done with the cucumber trials in the greenhouse.
