During the three days, a series of presentations will revolve around major topics such as "Medicinal Plant Growing", "AI in Vertical Farming", "Standardization and Data” and "Innovation in Systems". Not only will these topics animate the interaction with the audience, but also AVF café pavilion exhibitors will feature these four topics in their presentations.

Among the confirmed speakers, Sonny Ramaswamy, former Director of the US National Institute of Food and Agriculture, will discuss CEA and then some panel discussion on the US farm bill, Timo Bongarts from OSRAM will focus on open API and Standardization in Data Formats. Marvin Boell from TüVSüd will present Standards on Artificial Lighting for Plant Cultivation Purposes and Ainis Lagzdins from the ULatvia will elaborate on the Implementation of a EU initiative training course for Hydroponic Agri Technician. Ine Pertry from INAGRO will introduce Agrotopia, a living lab for high tech urban and greenhouse horticulture. Chiara Fasolo from Pordenone Fiere is going to introduce New Growing Systems: The Italian Market for Novel Farming Technology. Finally Seppe Salari from UWageningen will present the integration of circular economy into CEA.

Finally, AVF members will also have the opportunity to reach out to the fair audience for job openings and recruiting, as AVF will host a dedicated job desk at the AVF Café Pavilion.
