Courgette flowers
Besides the yellow courgettes, Courgette Nursery Van Vliet also supplies courgette flowers, which are considered a delicacy. These edible flowers are a harbinger of spring and brighten up the plate. Thanks to their beautiful yellow colour, they are very decorative and can be prepared in many ways.
Fruit Logistica
At the upcoming Fruit Logistica, in Berlin, visitors will have a chance to see these courgette flowers at the stand of Van Nature and its trading partners Combilo, Haluco, Levarht and Scherpenhuizen.
The stand is located in Hall 3.2, next to the main path that also connects Hall 1.2 and 5.2.
