Biggest greenhouse in Siberia for sale

The biggest greenhouse enterprise in Siberia, OJSC Industrialny, owned by the ministry of propriety relations of the Altay area, has been put up for sale. The starting price is 16,200 euros, reports the press service of the ministry.

“100% of the charter capital is put up for auction. (…) The size of the charter capital of the company is 5,200 euros. The starting selling price is 16,200 euros”, reads the press release.

According to the regional administration, the new potential investor can continue modernizing the enterprise in order to increase productivity. The press service have reported that 13 ha of the greenhouses (50% of acreage) have been modernized, and in order to achieve the required productivity, modernization should be completed. The auction will be held on October 5, 2018.

OJSC Industrialny is the biggest greenhouse complex in Siberia, the overall acreage being 25.65 ha. The enterprise produces over 10 thousand tons of vegetables a year; the produce is sold both locally and outside the region.
