The two Austrian companies LUMITECH and SANlight have entered into a cooperation agreement. The SANlight Solution joint venture will focus on development and design of innovative lighting solutions for professional horticulture and vertical farming for industrial customers.
LUMITECH has extensive project experience focusing on technological development of the product portfolio. SANlight, with its roots in the plant world, identifies with customer needs and market requirements. SANlight Solution will be based in Jennersdorf, Austria.
