Yesterday, a semitrailer carrying vegetables overturned on Highway 23 north of Moorpark. California Highway Patrol units responded to the overturned truck just after 7 am on Highway 23 near Waynes Way. Bell peppers had spilled onto the roadway.
According to eu.vcstar.com, the truck was cleared from the shortly before noon. No injuries were reported.
